Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReloNow platform, mobile application, or website at www.relonow.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReloNow is an online marketplace platform that connects individuals and businesses seeking moving services ("Customers") with independent moving professionals ("Movers"). ReloNow does not provide moving services directly and is not a moving company. We are a technology platform that facilitates connections between Customers and Movers.

3. Platform Disclaimer

ReloNow is not a moving company and does not employ movers. All Movers on the platform are independent contractors or businesses, not employees or agents of ReloNow. ReloNow is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Movers
• Any damage to property during a move
• Any injury to persons during a move
• A Mover's failure to show up or complete a job
• Disputes between Customers and Movers regarding payment or service quality
• The accuracy of information provided by Movers in their profiles

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age to use the Service

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a Customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your move, including home size, location, and any special requirements
• Be present or have an authorized representative present at the time of the move
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to pickup and drop-off locations
• Pay the agreed-upon rate directly to the Mover
• Treat Movers with respect and professionalism
• Not use the platform to solicit Movers for services outside of the platform

6. Mover Responsibilities

As a Mover, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your profile, including rates, availability, and credentials
• Hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance required by applicable law
• Honor accepted bookings and provide the services as agreed
• Treat Customers and their property with care and professionalism
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or insurance status
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

7. Payments

ReloNow does not currently process payments between Customers and Movers. Payment arrangements are made directly between the Customer and Mover. ReloNow is not responsible for any payment disputes, non-payment, or fraud related to transactions between Customers and Movers.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may leave reviews and ratings for Movers after a completed job. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on your actual experience. ReloNow reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or that we believe are fraudulent or abusive.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or obligations
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReloNow shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of property, data, revenue, or profits
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service, including Movers
• Any damage to property or injury to persons during a move

ReloNow's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReloNow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

ReloNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
